EFT Dislcosure
Disclosure (“Disclosure”) applies to the Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) services provided by Dalmore Group, LLC (“Dalmore,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging in EFT services with Dalmore Group LLC, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
EFT Services Description: EFT services offered by Dalmore Group, LLC include, but are not limited to, direct deposits, pre-authorized withdrawals, electronic payment transactions, and transfers conducted through automated teller machines (ATMs), telephone, or online banking systems.
Consent & Authorization: By initiating an EFT with Dalmore Group, LLC, you authorize us to debit or credit your designated account according to your instructions. Your authorization will remain in effect until we have received written notification from you of its termination in such time and manner as to afford us a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
Fees and Charges: You agree to pay any fees associated with EFT as disclosed in our current fee schedule. We reserve the right to change fees with notice as required by law.
Documentation: You will receive a confirmation for each EFT transaction. For recurring transactions, you will receive a periodic statement detailing the transactions.
Error Resolution Procedure: In case of errors or questions about your EFT transactions, contact us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. Provide us with your name and account number, describe the error or the transaction you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.
Liability for Unauthorized Transfers: Report to us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. Your liability for unauthorized transactions will be determined according to the timing of your report and in accordance with federal law.
Confidentiality: We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
Amendments: We may amend this agreement at any time by providing notice to you as required by law.
Governing Law: This Disclosure is governed by federal law, and, where not preempted, by the laws of the state where you opened your account.
